Ancient villa dating back to the late nineteenth century, with a large courtyard and surrounded by the countryside and a vineyard of property, in the district from which it takes the name Li Cuti, in the town of Sannicola about 7 km from Gallipoli.

Presents typical architectural features of the area: the floors are all in original style mortar with the building and particular frescoes enrich some ceilings, in particular you can admire the one that embellishes the room called Liberty, usually used for breakfast, where you can taste products genuine of the Salento area (bread, fruit, jams, pies and much more).

The structure has an agreement with the nearby Restaurant in Masseria Relais Santa Teresa at 5 Km, for guests of Dimora Li Cuti is reserved 10% discount on the price list of the menu of the restaurant and the possibility of using the pool.

Beach: At about 7 km are the beautiful beaches of Padula Bianca and Rivabella, marine of Gallipoli. You can book the shuttle service to the beaches of Gallipoli and possible beach service, with supplement.
